1. Scope of B2B Agreement

These Terms and Conditions govern all quotations, bookings, and ground handling operations provided by Himachal DMC, operated by Kv Tours Private Limited, to registered travel agents, tour operators, and corporate travel planners.

2. Quotations & Rate Validity

All B2B rate proposals are calculated based on prevailing hotel tariffs, commercial fleet fuel costs, and state taxes. Quotations are subject to room availability at the time of official confirmation and advance deposit.

3. Mountain Road & Weather Contingencies

Due to the unpredictable nature of Himalayan mountain terrain (snowfall, landslides, road repairs, NGT pass regulations), daily itineraries may be modified on-site by our operations team for guest safety. We maintain transparent communication with the booking agency before making route adjustments.

4. Vehicle Usage Policy

Vehicles provided are on point-to-point basis or as per the agreed itinerary and are not on private disposal for unlisted personal detours or late-night driving in hilly terrain without prior operational agreement.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations are subject to the specific cancellation deadlines of contracted hotels and transport depots. Peak season reservations (May-June, October Durga Puja, and Christmas-New Year) are non-refundable once locked by hoteliers.

6. Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising out of contracts with Himachal DMC / Kv Tours Private Limited shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in New Delhi, India.
